The circular row oil press (also known as a “circular row screw oil press,” whose core feature is the circular rows of bars within the press chamber) is a commonly used machine in small and medium-sized oil production. It is particularly suitable for common oilseeds such as peanuts, soybeans, rapeseed, sesame, coconut flakes, and cottonseed.

Features:

1. Adjustable chamber gap to accommodate different oilseed hardnesses. The circular rows of bars are fixed with bolts, and the gap between the bars can be adjusted (usually 0.1-0.5mm) to adapt to the physical properties of different oilseeds.
2. Easy disassembly and cleaning of the press chamber, reducing maintenance. The circular rows of bars feature a modular design, allowing individual groups of bars to be removed to clean residual residue without disassembling the entire press chamber.
3. “Micro-debris removal” during the pressing process ensures high crude oil purity. The uniform and controllable gaps between the circular rows of bars keep the impurity content in the crude oil below 0.5%, simplifying subsequent filtration and eliminating the need for frequent filter cloth changes.
4. Suitable for small and medium-sized production capacity, taking into account both efficiency and cost. The production capacity of the circular oil press is concentrated in 50-500kg of oil per hour, which is between the small household oil press (<50kg/h) and the large industrial screw oil press (>500kg/h). It can meet the “daily ton-level” production needs of township workshops and small oil mills without the high investment of industrial equipment.
